TERMS OF SERVICE
Terms for StrivingX Services and Marketplace
These Terms cover both direct projects handled by StrivingX and the secondary Marketplace listing features.

1. Acceptance
By using StrivingX, submitting a direct project enquiry, submitting a Marketplace listing, or otherwise using the website, you agree to these Terms.
2. StrivingX Direct Services
StrivingX may directly accept and coordinate remote projects. Submitting Request a Quote does not create an obligation to accept the project or begin work. Paid work begins only after applicable scope, price, timing and payment terms are agreed.
3. Delivery Resources
Depending on the project, work may be completed by StrivingX, specialist collaborators, subcontractors, independent providers, software or AI tools, or a combination of these resources.
4. Marketplace
The Marketplace is a secondary listing feature where users may browse or submit remote services and project requests. V1 does not provide escrow, guaranteed payment, employment, guaranteed work volume or automatic transaction protection.
5. Marketplace Moderation
Marketplace submissions may be reviewed, edited for formatting, rejected, unpublished or removed where reasonably necessary for quality, safety, accuracy, legal compliance or platform integrity.
6. No Automatic Acceptance
StrivingX may decline direct projects or Marketplace submissions for legitimate business, safety, capacity, regulatory, quality or legal reasons.
7. Accuracy
Users must provide accurate, non-misleading information. Service providers must not falsely claim qualifications, licenses, certifications, portfolios, clients, experience or skills. Buyers must not misrepresent requests or ownership of submitted materials.
8. Prohibited Activity
You may not use StrivingX for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, dangerous or unauthorized activity, including forged documents, fake credentials, academic cheating, unauthorized access, malware, data theft, piracy, impersonation or other violations of law or third-party rights.
9. Regulated Work
Legal, tax, audit, engineering, medical, financial, insurance, security, intellectual-property and other regulated work will only proceed where an appropriately qualified delivery path is available.
10. Intellectual Property
Users must only submit materials they own or are authorized to use. Ownership of paid project deliverables will be determined by the applicable proposal or project agreement.
11. Confidentiality
Reasonable care will be used with non-public project information. Stronger confidentiality obligations should be documented separately where needed.
12. Payments
Payment terms for direct StrivingX projects will be stated in the applicable proposal, invoice or payment request. Marketplace V1 does not itself provide escrow or seller payout functionality.
13. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms depend on the specific paid project, completed work, committed third-party costs and applicable law.
14. Third Parties
Projects may depend on third-party tools, providers, hosting, APIs, payment services or software whose own terms and availability apply.
15. No Guaranteed Business Results
Unless specifically agreed in writing, StrivingX does not guarantee revenue, rankings, traffic, sales, funding, approvals, employment, leads or similar business outcomes.
16. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StrivingX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses arising from website use, rejected submissions, independent third parties or circumstances outside reasonable control.
17. Changes
These Terms may be updated as the direct-service business or Marketplace changes. New features such as accounts, bidding, escrow, marketplace payments or ratings may require additional terms.
